What is the punishment for the crime of child marriage?

Whoever conducts, conducts, directs or encourages child marriage shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years and with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees unless he proves that he has reason to believe that the marriage has not taken place.
